Tubercles of Montgomery transplant?

I am considering, once scar treatments get better, an areola reduction with the outside portion of the areola taken off, but I don't want to sacrifice the hair or bumps they grow out of. The hair should be able to be transplanted, what about the tubercles ?

Tubercles of Montgomery transplant?

Thank you for sharing your question. During an areolar reduction the intervening skin and tissues found in between your original areola and desired areola are removed, including the Montgomery glands.  Hope that this helps.
