I have had regular size implants fail and have to be removed. Now, I am looking to replace all molars on bottom and would like to keep cost to a minimum. Please advise.

As an orthodontist, i recommend to go for veneers to improve aesthetics, as u know u have missing two upper and two lower. s i can see in lateral ceph , we can afford proclination. but if u r happy with teeth visibility during speech and smile, veneer is ideal option. definitely u can go...
If u r sure , u want to cont with braces treatment next yr , in that case no need to do anything. for that bone loss doesn't matter. [tooth movement will correct that.but if later u change yr mind, in that case no one can help you. but contact orthodontist once so he will plan yr treatment...
