I had a lefort osteotomy about a yr and a half ago to fix an open bite but I'm having trouble with the placement. (photo)

My upper jaw used to be straight while my lower jaw is crooked. They tilted my upper jaw so they would come together. Now, both are crooked. This was done to avoid the risks of lower jaw surgery . The tilt put into the upper jaw is causing me to have problems with my breathing, sleeping, diet, & overall comfort. Everything is being pulled to the left side because of the new angle of the jaw. Mid-line feels off. Can they set it straight again? Or set both jaws straight like originally planned?
