So far recovery of septal perforation repair is going well! I'm healthy. I'm 1 1/2 weeks post. Splints are still in.
Its the holidays and doctor is busy w/ family. I was told nothing strenuous until the 4-6 week mark, but that on my 4th week post opp he would have a better idea of how I would react to workouts. I was a kick boxer and xcounrty runner up until my last surgery dec 15. I worked out heavily and was in great shape. I had a serious complication with my last surgery. I was so depressed I stoped working out completely. I really want to get back to the gym! What would be safe now? Or should I just wait?
