PRK complications - could this be permanent damage?

I’m a 51 y/o men. I had a cataract remove 18 months ago, and a PRK Laser surgery a few months later in the same eye. The protective lens was remove four days after the surgery. The lens apprently glued itself and prevented scaring . More then 8 months since the surgery and the vision is blurry. Could it be permanent damages, my Doctor is very vague.
