How does SmoothGlo affect cellulite? Can this help minimize its appearance?

I recently learned that SmoothGlo can be used to firm and tighten the skin. I was wondering how this procedure affects cellulite and if it would help minimize its appearance or get rid of it all together? My areas of concern are my thighs.
