Really nervous about this mole. I think it might be Melanoma. This is on my chest, above my right breast. (photo)

I also have pain that radiates from this area up to my shoulder and up the back of my neck, which makes me think it has spread. This mole is new within the last year or so. It was pointed out to me while swimming, I've never paid attention like I should have before. I have a derm appointment coming up but I'm really anxious. This is a zoomed in picture, it is slightly bigger than a pencil eraser.
