My 6 yr old daughters bottom 2 teeth are coming in but they are both growing in chipped ? Why is that & what should I do??
Answer: Chipped bottom teeth for 6 years old
It is hard to determine without a photo but it sounds like her teeth have mamelons on them which would make them look irregular on the edge. Without a photo it would be purely a guess. Could be other things. Find a local dentist and find out what it could possibly be

Answer: Need photo to give advise on chipped teeth on 6 yo
It is possible that what you are seeing is normal developmental lobes on the edges. These are called mamelons, and some kids have them more pronounced than others. They look like 3 bumps on the edges.
As the child grows the edges wear a bit and they become less noticeable. Most adults have worn them to the point where you don't see them anymore. If it is not this, then it could be a malformation of the enamel. You should wait until the child is older(10-12) to have it bonded. The important thing is that the problem is isolated to those teeth and not affecting all the teeth. If its all the teeth then it is a congenital problem and may need more treatment later to correct. If it is isolated then it most likely is from a trauma to the baby teeth. Some antibiotics and illness when the teeth are forming can cause this as well.
You should see a pediatric dentist for diagnosis.
Good luck

Answer: Chipped Teeth Eruption
There are a lot of things it could be, but it would be easier if we had a photo.
Many times it is enamel hypoplasia in which the outer shell of the tooth didn't form correctly and doesn't contain the mineralization the other teeth have. The odds are we would just keep it clean with fluoride toothpaste and watch it at this age. Then as the patient is older, depending on the size of the abnormality, we could line it up with the other teeth polishing it, with a filling, or a crown. The best thing to do would be to have a dentist take a look.
