What type of grafts/filler/procedure does it "look like" I need for my nose revision? (Photos)

Primary surgey had bridge work but for some unlucky reason my tip started to collapse inwards after... likely weak cartilage that could not handle scar contracture. My primary is suggesting that possibly "flipping the cartilage", some other guy said I need alar grafts, and another said liquid silicone is probably actually safer (depsite bad rap) and cheaper than a costly grafting procedure that may not work and this will leave my nose looking more like itself and less fattened.
