Is thick nose skin more "volumized"/ bigger/ with more mm than thin skin?

Imagine for ex: on the left, a person with thick nose skin; on the right, a person with thin nose skin... the cartilage and bone size are equal, just the skin differs. Does the left person have a "fatter", more bulbous nose? (Can you provide numbers of nose skin thickness or thinness in mm, as well)? Thank you very much

Nasal skin thickness plays an important role in the final result from a rhinoplasty. There are limitations that are created by skin thickness. There may also be significant fat in the nasal tip.
