What you are referring to is called reontouring.  Not sure why you would want them filed to a point, but set up a consultation with a local dentist to see if they will do it for you.  This typically will not give the most aesthetic appearance, but perhaps you are not looking for that....

I would recommend finding a dentist that specializes in dentures.  If you can't have implants you will want a dentist that makes these frequently to give you the best fit possible.  You can wear adhesive inside if needed.  Dentures without implants are not my favorite option, but...
