What can be done about these bags???? (photos)

I have had one syringe of belotero (March 2016) and one of restylane (June 2016) and there has been no change. Not even a little bit. What can help? I'm so sick of saying that I'm tired when asked even though I am not but I know my eyes looks so sleepy.

The dark bags you have are genetic and can be treated with lower eyelid surgery or fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP. Best, Dr. Emer.

Lower Lids

Hi 40isthenew40,

Thanks for your question and photos. I'm sorry you've been struggling to achieve your desired results with your lower lids. I think the first step would be to inject some hyaluronidase into your lower lids to dissolve the previously placed restylane. This would allow for an precise evaluation of the issue at hand. Based on your photo, I think you may be a candidate for a lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transposition. One might also consider fat transfer to your cheek and lower lids.

Overall, I think you need an in-person evaluation by a skilled oculoplastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!
