I have just started using Altreno because I cannot tolerate my Tazorac cream .05 more than a couple of times a week during the winter months. My dermatologist told me she’d rather see me use a gentler retinoid daily, than a stronger one only occasionally. So far, I really like Altreno, but I am wondering if it is as effective as other prescription retinoids?
