Is there an affordable way to straighten a single (or two) crooked teeth?

I have had a fixed bottom retainer for almost 10 years that was attached to my canines (not every tooth). Over time, the wire became extremely bent so that it was at the gumline on the middle 4 teeth. I had it removed to get a new one and found that my canines have shifted. One can be ignored but one rotated about 35 degrees inward and the edge of the tooth is also slightly overlapped by my lateral incisor. Is there an affordable (few hundred dollars) way to rotate the one tooth back into place?
