You have asymmetric nostrils from a septal deviation and also asymmetrical lower lateral cartilages, that makes your right nostrils narrower and taller and the left wider and lower. The itching on the septum can be from many factors, like allergies, dry weather, etc. that can irritate the skin and mucosa on the septum. The septal deviation and asymmetrical lower lateral cartilages can be corrected with surgery. Consult with a Board Certified Plastic or Facial Plastic Surgeon in person for a complete evaluation of your case.
