Slightly tender gum above front crowned tooth. What could this be?

Abt 4 wks ago I had pain in my front crown, crown only 6 months old,then it stopped,I had a tender gum above front tooth,seen dentist then put on anti biotics,it seemed to have got bit better now no pain in tooth just when I press I the gum above the tooth slight tenderness otherwise don't hurt,had X-ray dentist didn't see no Absess or much,had another option other dentist says root cancel on the crowned tooth,But my dentist says no not yet, so what could this be shall I wait to see.

Pain on crowned tooth


If there is no infection, the other possible reason for the pain can be improper bite or cleniching/grinding pressure on the tooth.
