Unfortunately, rhinoplasty surgery is the only option to achieve your goals. Your nose can be made smaller, the tip refined and the tip rotated to improve its shape. A filler treatment or non-surgical rhinoplasty would not be expected to achieve any of these goals.

             A nonsurgical approach will not be a great option for the goals you are trying to achieve.  Your tip can be made smaller and refined through a closed rhinoplasty approach.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

If your growth is stable and your parents agree and support your desire for rhinoplasty surgery, you can have this at about age 15 or 16 (females), or slightly older in males. I performed rhinoplasty surgery on my own daughter at age 15 and she remains a happy patient 18 years later!

But your nasal definition cannot be achieved by nasal fillers or external nasal clips; this is achievable only via rhinoplasty. So start saving, research rhinoplasty surgeons carefully, and plan on proceeding when you are ready. Don't waste time, money, or disappointment on anything else! Best wishes! Dr. Tholen

There is no solution for you to change the shape of your nose other than surgery.  Non-surgical alternatives are not acceptable.  

There are no non surgical techniques to reduce and refine a large wide nose like yours. If you don't want surgery just leave your nose alone. Over the past 30 years I've seen too many ladies like yourself frustrated after spending time and money for some easy treatment.
