PRK surgery eye irritation. What can I do? Is this a concern?

I had prk eye surgery about 6 months ago and have been waiting patiently for the healing process to finish. My Right eye (despite still being dry) is mostly perfect. My left eye is irritated everyday like there’s something wrong with it, the vision is pretty good aswell but it constantly feels like there’s hair or something in it. Under my eye bottom eye lid it feels weird and heavy, almost like it’s twitching at times or annoyed to blink. I am wondering what to do and if this is a concern?
