I'm 23 and I really want to remove the bulk on the lower part of my cheeks. Or is there any other treatment/procedure that would suit this issue better?

It is not good to take all of the buccal fat pad because this fat pad continues upwards under the temple. If too much buccal fat is removed then there will be depression on the temple area. Doctors decide how many cc they will remove according to the face and the resistance of the tissue.
