Breast pain 6 months post-op when I exercise. Why?

Under muscle implants. At the time of consult i told my surgeon that i will be body building once healed. I was fit before but was aiming at competing once i had surgery. At 6months op i still get pain when i train chest. Yesterday i did military press and reverse rows. I train regularly, some things are still uncomfortable. Thismorning iv woken with an incredibly sore right breast. May be slightly swollen. Any ideas? Surgeon is interstate. So going for a consult is difficult.

Too much activity

You are doing too much.  Everyone is different. General guidelines don't always apply.  Your work outs are too strenuous.

I appreciate your question. Since there has been a change in your post op course, please contact your surgeon so he/she can examine you and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan at this time. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.
