39 overweight female w fibromyalgia & arthritis. Panniculectomy & breast reduct scheduled 6 weeks. Bother with belly button fix?

I am a 39 year old overweight female (240 pounds and 5"4). I am currently still trying to lose weight. I also have Fibromyalgia & chronic back pain. My doctor suggested breast reduction & abdominal panniculectomy to possibly reduce some pain & chronic rashes. Not looking for easy way out. I know I have a lot of work to do but I am frightened. Had any patients with fibromyalgia and other chronic pain issues have good results? Was asked if I wanted belly button fixed (not covered) thoughts?
