Orthognathic Surgery vs Genioplasty vs Chin Implant? (Photo)

I would really like a more defined jawline. Also, I tend to stand with a forward head posture because when I straighten up my chin looks receded and face looks flat. I have already had ortho treatment (2 upper premolars extracted) to correct overbite and overcrowding. What are my options?

Small lower jaw

The growth pattern is of a smaller lower jaw which was treated by 'shortening' the upper jaw with dental extractions. Orthodontists do this too often since they focus on the bite and not the facial balance. At this point you can achieve a more prominent lower jawline with a genioplasty and jawline augmentation. Common issue that we see frequently.
