How can I fix my loose skin on my tummy? (photos)

During highschool, I lost about 60 lbs mostly around my abdominal area. The rest of my skin snapped into place, but I have some loose skin around my belly. My belly button is also a little saggy. I'm fit and active, and I've even tried cool sculpting on my lower tummy to help get rid of my muffin top and it sorta helped. All I want is a tight flat tummy with a nice belly button. How can I achieve this?
