Will working my butt out (weights:lunges leg press etc) help my butt grow after bbl or will it actually kill the fat?

I'm not ready to start working it yet but when I am I want to make sure I'm not killing the fat. Also, when is it okay to start lifting weights after bbl and lipo? It was my first one. Thank you

Lifting Weights After BBL

Lifting weights builds muscles, which would not harm your BBL procedure, but rather enhance your backside by creating a stronger and bigger glut muscle. I recommend following your surgeon’s post-op instructions to ensure a safe recovery with optimal results. Hope this helps.
