Is Soprano Lite effective for middle-eastern olive skin tones and hair? Will 6 sessions show progress?

I am middle eastern olive skin tone or slightly lighter and black hair. I want to give the fine yet pigmented hair on my back and butt a go using the Soprano Lite. I am wondering if I would see any progress with 6 treatments to the area. I’ve done Ipl many years ago and that got rid of the coarse hair. Thanks
