had lasik 3.5 m ago. I was healing slower than normal. After 3 weeks I almost had clear vision. One morning after two month, my vision was so blurry. I saw doctor and they gave me Lotmax and Xiidra. my vision go better a bit but after 1.5 month of taking Xiidra and lotmax I still have blurry vison. It is a constant blurry vision and does not go away with blinking. They told me I do not have astigmatism or prescriptions but I have a real blurry vision. Is it dry eye? I am so worried it is HOA.

I recommend visiting your LASIK doctor for a check up. Sometimes blur can be caused by dryness or regression. Your doctor should check your eye health and prescription. If a prescription makes your vision significantly sharper, then they may suggest a touch up if it is safe.
LASIK does not cause loss of eyelashes. Sometimes, the medications used after LASIK are very thick and may clump around the lash line. Lashes may be removed when trying to clean this region and rubbing too aggressively. I recommend being more careful and blotting gently with artificial tears.
It sounds like your eyes may be dry which can happen after laser vision correction. I would recommend you speak with your doctor to see if your eyes are dry and artificial tears may help you.
