I have extra skin from a full hysterectomy 10 years ago. Can you fill this on my Arkansas Insurance ?

Not an insurance surgery

This the of surgery is not covered by insurance with the exception of massive skin excess related to a weight loss surgery that was approved by insurance in the first place.  Even then it is not guaranteed.
