I'm 140lbs 5'6 in height 25 African American woman my butt is low and I need a lift and I want injections to make my buttocks fully round I'm in Pittsburgh so how much would it all cost and where would I have to travel too???

The only safe and relatively effective injection for augmenting the buttocks is transfer of your own fat. However because the majority of the fat typically dissolves away after a year, most of my patients are better suited for buttock implants.  Buttock implants are made of semi-solid silicone rubber so they can  not leak or rupture like silicone gel breast implants and thus they are also considered a permanent implant.  The total cost for buttock implants surgery at my office and surgery center is typically $8500.  Fat transfer to the buttocks is usually at least that expensive and more because it requires a lot of surgical time to harvest the fat via liposuction, prepare it properly, then inject it into the buttock muscle. procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Find
 a  plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of   
Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's   
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

Dear Tay,   There are 3 methods to enlarge the butts : 1. BBL or fat injection to the butts. Unfortunately, the fat does not last beyond 6 - 12 months as I have seen in my surgery center on my patients who came for butt implants after having fat injection by other surgeons. 2. Synthetic materials that are illegal in the US and are associated with severe complications and even fatalities as occured to few celebreties and was published in the media recently. 3. Butt implants. They are made of soft , semi solid silicone and do not disappear. They are natural looking and very attractive. Prices vary among surgeons, so you have to check with individual offices. Consult with board certified plastic surgeons who do lots of butt implants surgery. Check the before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results since there are different techniques and different implants shapes..
