Including the OR fee, anesthesia and the surgeons fee and care - fat injections for buttock augmentation costs about $10,000.  You have liposuction performed on one area (most commonly the stomach area and/or back) and then tiny injections are used to make the buttock fuller without scars!  The other way to augment the buttocks is to use implants - these are silicone implants, the surgery is quicker (about 2-3hrs) and the cost is about $6,800 including the implant cost.  Most people are extremely happy with their decision for buttock augmentation.  Good luck!

Cost of Buttock Injections vs Brazilian Buttlift

Although I have seen many women at my office who have had buttock injections of unknown materials, I would not recommend it.

I have had to deal with infections and swelling and chronic pain from these injections.
