Its been 6 years I had Lasik treatment. My one eye is blurry. Any suggestions?

Its been 6 years I had Lasik treatment. I used have 3- power.Now I am observing that seeing only with my left eye gives me blur image. By looking with my right eye everything is clear and perfect. IM little scared now.

Since you have noticed a  change in vision you should have an eye exam.  In general, LASIK does not "wear off", there are a number of possible causes for a change in vision and there is high probability  that there is an eye condition unrelated to your LASIK that is affecting your vision (dry eyes, cataract, retina problem, etc.... ).  There is really no way to tell without an exam.  Whenever an individual has a significant change in vision it is important to see an eye care professional  to determine the cause and plan an appropriate treatment for the cause of the vision change.
