Is it possible to obtain a refund or a have surgeon pay another for a revision rhinoplasty? (photos)

Had a poor rhinoplasty, uneven bones, scooped left bridge, breathing issues, did not perform open to narrow tip when that has been agreed prior to surgery. Just said closed approach would save on recovery as the reason for a change as last minute form open to closed approach. Offered free revision but I have lost faith...........

I would have a constructive conversation with your surgeon about what they feel could be accomplished by a revision.  If you are not comfortable with their advice, then seek another opinion from an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

I can see some irregularities in the bridge and a bulbous tip. If you lost faith in your first surgeon, you should probably seek another one. I would advise an open approach if you do a revision.
