What do my teeth need? (Photo)

I have a cross bite. Would braces or Invisalign work?

Fixing Posterior Crossbites

Neither Invisalign nor braces is your best option to correct a posterior crossbite. What you need is arch development. This is done nicely with a  simple, comfortable, removable dental appliance. It must be worn 12-17 hrs/day for, in your case, probably 6-8 months.

Once your upper dental arch is sufficiently developed, then you can use Invisalign or braces to straighten your teeth (if you feel that is necessary).

Good luck!
