Retin-A and hyaluronic acid together?

Is it ok to use hydralonic acid serum while my face is still damp. Then a moisturizer. Then 20-30 minutes later RetinA (4 to 5 nights weekly). Is it ok to use this regimine, and is RetinA ok on eye area if I already applied an eye cream?

For Retin-A, it is suggested to apply 4-5 drops to clean dry skin in the evening, avoiding the eye area. Allow product to absorb before applying other skincare products.
