How to clean my eyelashes post LASIK?

I had Custom Wavefront Lasik two weeks ago. My eyelashes are crusty and clumped together. Can I use eyelid scrub wipes to clean them? Also, can turn my face to the shower (with my eyes closed)? I have been scared to do so. Thank you!
