Breast Reduction Surgery Post-op Pain?

A month ago I had breast reduction surgery and my breasts are very hard and aching (mastistis like) pain. What can I do to ease the pain?

What you are experiencing is not abnormal.

Depending on the preoperative size of your breast and the technique used on your reduction,  your breasts may feel tender and uneven.

That normally lasts up to 6 months or even longer.

You should consult with your surgeon and and find out whether he or she has concerns about as well.

At one month after a breast reduction it is not uncommon to have firmness. Best to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.
