Hello, my question is if I can exercise daily after a tattoo removal session? Thanks in advance!!!
Answer: Exercise post laser tattoo removal No, you do not want to exercise immediately after a laser tattoo removal session as it can increase inflammation. Speak with your physician, but I have my patients wait at least 2 days before returning to regular exercise. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram

Answer: Exercise after LTR I use a PicoSure laser in my practice, and there is a small to moderate amount of post-procedure inflammation. In that absence of any strong evidence of harm from exercise, I recommend that my patients keep to their life routines as tolerated, even to the point of going to exarcise directly after their treatment with me. Of course there are certain conditions to this advice. For example, if the treated tattoo is on or near a joint or skin fold, repetitive use of that body part should be limited. Also, gyms can be dirty places, so cover your healing parts well. Bottom line: Keep exercising, but listen to your body.

Answer: No exercise is ideal The answer to your question is, no exercise. Anytime you put laser energy into the skin it can increase inflammation to the skin. Exercise also does this and has increased blood flow, especially if you are sweating and that can make the area more symptomatic (itch, swelling etc). Make sure you ask the treating physician what they would want, but I have my patients wait for a couple of days ideally.
