Maximum treatment size laser tattoo removal
Thanks for your question. The largest area that can be safely treated would be about 9 inch by 9 inch, due to management of wound healing. If the tattoo wraps around an extremity, the largest circumferential treatment area should be no wider than a watch band to avoid potential for compartment syndrome with post treatment swelling.

Large tattoo removal
Without more details, it is very hard to determine what the best course of action would be. It is generally ill-advised to do laser tattoo removal treatments which pass over very large areas of the body all at once. My advice is to seek out an in-person consultation to assess the best course of action. If the tattoo is extremely large or covers most of your body, you may be advised to do only part of the tattoo per session. The larger the tattoo, the longer it generally takes for full removal.
