it’s been 5 days I’m so scared of a dry socket. Does it look normal?I don’t smoke haven’t drank any carbonated drinks or alcoholic. It does hurt a little not bad. The stiches seem to be coming out. The string is now going over the top of the wound. I can taste it with the side of my tongue taste like a cut in my mouth it did not have that taste before but the stiches weren’t up before either. There is now a few little areas near the socket that are pink like fresh flesh. Is this normal?

It is a shame you had those teeth extracted (amputated). I would suggest looking into Epigenetic Orthopedics with the DNA Appliance to regain spaces and expand the maxillar bony base. You might want to consider releasing your tongue tie and doing oral myofunctional therapy as well.Rep...
I would probably suggest an extraction. All of the decay would need to be removed before definitively determining if the tooth is salvageable or not, but you can usually expect decay to extend further than it appears on an xray.
