Will a keloid on a wrist come back after laser removal?

Doctor Answers 1

Keloids/Scar -- Fraxel, 5fu/steroids, pulsed dye/vbeam/yellow laser, microneedling/PRP, surgical removal

I would suggest an in person consultation with an expert for evaluation. Hypertrophic scarring should be treated in a combination approach with lasers along with steroid/5fu injections. Radiation after a surgical removal helps prevent reoccurrence. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
