botox has been used for essential blepharospasm, a muscle contraction that is involuntary. an oculoplastic surgeon might be the best physician for you to see for this reason.

Yes, Botox can be used for muscle spasms.  You need to make sure that you go to an experienced injector for the injection.  Under eye injections can be tricky since you do not want to affect the muscle that help you animate your mouth.  Good luck.
