TruSculpt ID & Flex with IUD - could it heat beyond layer of fat or cause migration via muscle contractions?

Hello, I am hoping to do TruSculpt ID and Flex to my abdomen and flanks. I have the Mirena IUD (non-metallic). I have received conflicting answers regarding safety from med spas. Is there any concern for the TruSculpt ID to heat beyond the layer of fat or the TruSculpt Flex to cause muscle contraction that could cause the IUD to migrate?

Thank you for your question. TruScuplt ID uses radio frequency to target an inch and a half of fat. Radio frequency also tightens the skin to give it a more uniform look.
