Differing amounts of miniaturization across scalp. Is this DUPA?

I am thinking about whether to start treatment or not. When purchasing a microscope I have noticed some areas of donor area with a decent amount of miniaturization and others with much smaller amount of miniaturization. What does this say about the potential to have DUPA?
