Can jaw angle implants be “overlayed” or put on top of existing implants?

Can jaw angle implants be put on top of existing jaw angle implants for increased bigonial width. I’d prefer not to try and remove Medpor implants if possible

The direct answer is 'yes'. The risk in to introduce the risk of infection to the healed site. Also, one may also choose a different material for the implants to achieve a proper contour rather than rely on 'stacking' implants which may not 'fit' together
