Is it okay to swim in a chlorinated pool while using tretinoin gel?

I started using tretinoin gel 0.1% every other night 2 months ago. I really would like to get back in the pool as it helps with my back pain, but I'm not sure if the chlorine will be a problem for my skin now that I'm using the gel?
