I had a an tooth extraction (tooth 19) and dental bone graft on Oct 29 and endosteal implant on Jan 14. Cone beam was used. It has been almost a week and having throbbing pain on and off (feels like a tooth ache). Some tingling in lower lip as well. I went back to doctor for post -op and said nothing is wrong and no infection. What should I do?

I would give that area a few weeks to heal before becoming concerned. Sometimes an implant can be placed too close to the nerve canal and cause pressure on the nerve. If it's too close to the nerve, it should be removed. But if a CT was taken prior to implant placement, I wouldn't think that to be the case.

While it is NOT common for an implant to hurt after placement, sometimes it takes 2 weeks before the area calms down.  However, implants in the location you share can sometimes be close to the nerve in the jaw, and the pressure may never go away.  The doctor would need to take a CBCT to see how close to the nerve they got, and if closer than 2 mm, the implant should be removed.
