Undiagnosed rash for 5 years. Please can anyone help? (Photo)

Based upon the huge volume of clinical data that we now have on silicone breast implants there is no scientific basis to connect your implants to your rash.  There is no question that there is a rash in your pictures, and given your other systemic complaints, it sounds like there is something going on that is more than just a local phenomenon involving the skin where the rash is.  I would visit an internist to begin with, and he may refer you for other specialty evaluations including rheumatology and infections disease.  This could be anything from some kind of systemic inflammatory disorder to Lyme disease to some form of allergic problem.  I don't think the problem lies with the breasts themselves, so a breast surgeon is unlikely to be able to shed a lot of light on this issue.  Good luck with finding a diagnosis.
