Sleeping position help. Any suggestions?

I'm 12 days post op and last night I rolled over into my natural sleeping position as I was sleeping and woke up face down obviously with pressure on my nose all night. I understand this can cause prolonged swelling but will this have a long term effect to my nose? There wasn't any bumping, just pressure.

Not to Worry: No Long-Term Effects

Although you will have more swelling temporarily, you should not have any long-term effects. By 12 days after surgery, the tissues have adhered, and you should not have displaced anything. I have only seen one patient in over 1,000 cases who moved her nose when she was accidentally headbutted by her child — and even in her case, the structures were easily re positioned manually in the office.
