I accidentally used salicylic acid 2% after derma rolling acne scars 0.5mm needle, could this cause an issue?

I accidentally used salycilic acid 2% after derma rolling acne scars 0.5mm needle. What adverse effects will occur? And can they be reversed. I was gaining good results from salycilic acid itself but randomly decided to derma roll. I don’t want the progress to be reversed.
