I accidentally used salycilic acid 2% after derma rolling acne scars 0.5mm needle. What adverse effects will occur? And can they be reversed. I was gaining good results from salycilic acid itself but randomly decided to derma roll. I don’t want the progress to be reversed.

Hi, Thanks for posting your question here. Derma roller is a good option to control hair fall but under a medical supervision. Treating dandruff is mandatory before any treatment. Meet a board certified dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.
