I had a large front tooth surgically removed from my pallet and a bone graft done ready for implant surgery. The site is healing well but I’m worried about the fleshy white stuff growing around the stitches I had the work done in Spain and I’m not going back for another 2 weeks they advised me to have stitches removed in 10 days. Is this normal healing process or has something gone wrong.
