Thank you for your pictures. The best way to get a quote specific to you would to have a personal consultation. Cost vary between surgeons and with geographic location.

How much would a Tummy Tuck and Mommy Makeover cost?

Tummy tuck with liposuction of the sides and back would seem a reasonable option. Find an expert in mommy makeovers who has great reviews and great before and after photos.

Quote on TT and mommy make over

Dear Paula,
As you can see the results are quite varied and that is because the cost from one place to another not only is different based on geographic locale, but also is different based on what is included. For example , you may see a place  which advertises a low fee for a procedure, but once you get there you see that it is only the surgeons fee in the advertisement and there are a lot of other add ons for anesthesia and operating room equipment costs.
In addition, in plastic surgery, like with everything, you tend to get what you pay for and surgeons are not interchangeable in regards to skill and outcomes in aesthetic surgery.
My recommendation is to do the following since most "excellent" and experienced board certified plastic surgeons are within a fairly close range from a final all inclusive cost factor;
1. Choose your surgeon(s) based on qualifications and not advertisements. You will find his qualifications in his curriculum vitae, or where it says "about Dr X" ,and it will include training, experience, honors and peer awards, and so on. This is the part of the website you read first. Keep in mind a "cosmetic surgeon" is not a plastic surgeon.
2. Visit more than one plastic surgeon, usually three is good. Get your accurate quotes then.
3. You do not need to travel as Birmingham has several excellent surgeons.
4. For a procedure of this magnitude and since you are a mommy, it is safest to have an MD do your anesthesia in a hospital setting. It costs more but the safety and security is worth it.
5. I would recommend an overnight stay is a nursing facility like a hospital for optimum comfort and safety.
6. In my practice (based on your pictures) , this would include
(a)Vaser lipocontouring of the abdomen, back, flanks, and hips.
(b) Saldanha Abdominoplasy ("lipoabdominoplasty") - different than a usual American style abdominoplasty.
(c) Breast lift with possibly a small reduction using vertical mammaplasty techniques.
keep in mind a physical exam may change these initial impressions.
7. Exercise prior to surgery and try to be in the best shape you can be in even if you do not lose any weight.
Wish you all the best.

Cost for a mommy makeover

Thanks for your question and posting of photographs.  You would be a good candidate.  It is difficult to quote an exact cost as it will vary depending upon a surgical time estimate.  A breast lift is in the 5K range and an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the hips, flanks and upper back is in the 6K range.  Select a plastic surgeon that you trust and have a consultation and at that time a cost estimate will be generated for you.

How much would a Tummy Tuck and Mommy Makeover cost?

Quotes are hard to do over the internet without exact names of operations you desire. So consider a fee range of $8,000 to $20,000...

TT costs

Hello, thank you for your question and the pics. You are a great candidate for a mommy make over. You have just enough volume in your breasts, so you would only need a lift, unless you want the added projection of the implant. As for body contouring, the tummy tuck will deem you a flat tummy, and return the muscular tone to your muscle wall. Liposuction will get rid of the fat rolls in your back, and at the same time delineate a clear definition between your lower back and your buttocks, as give you a much better waistline. I would also do some fat transfer (BBL) to round your hips a little more, and give you more projection on your buttocks. The added total without implants is US5500, in case you are willing to travel to DR,and there are various recovery houses which can accommodate you at a wonderful price. Good luck with your surgery

Mommy makeover

The process of a mommy makeover may include a tummy tuck, breast lift, implant, liposuction and fat transfer.  When all of these are combined in one procedure, the total cost is usually $13,000.  At the Philadelphia Surgi Center that would include anesthesia and facility costs.  If you were to travel, you would need a one week stay in the nearby area after surgery.  Good Luck

How much would a Tummy Tuck and Mommy Makeover cost?

The quote range is different for every surgeon. I don't really know the cost in the USA, but here in the Dominican Republic the mommy make over range is $6,500 - 5,500 USD. The Tummy Tuck is $5,000 - 4,000 USD.
